As Strike Back Project Dawn hurtles towards its explosive conclusion, we are very excited to announce that it will return to Sky 1 for a third season next year. We cant divulge any details about the cast as yet, but we can reveal that shooting of the 10-part series will begin in South Africa in early 2012. Strike Back has proved to be an incredibly successful brand for Sky1 HD, and our collaboration with HBO/Cinemax made the scale and ambition of the second season even more exciting, said Anne Mensah, Head of Drama at Sky. The third series will once again be a co-production between Sky and CINEMAX/HBO and will be produced by Left Bank Pictures. The series was commissioned by Anne Mensah and will be Executive Produced for Sky by Huw Kennair-Jones.
